In one of the pics it looks like your little "lowercase" is actually smiling at you, which just warms my heart. I'm glad you got the footprint and pictures. Get lots of pictures, and be sure to note on the back of them (with felt-tipped pen, not ball-point) the date, time, and full names of everyone in the photo. (That's my Family Ancestry professor talking.) I don't have many pics from when I was a baby, and none of them have dates or the names of people on them. Photos and videos will be an important part of her history someday. And what a wonderful upbringing she'll have, to be raised in Japan! I'll bet she gets to experience a ton of amazing things.
